We are looking for a full time Supervisor / Team manger for our beautiful restaurant in Llandudno. With indoor and outdoor dining and an impressive setting it makes the perfect location for lunch or dinner. We serve a mixture of pizza, pasta, grill and also have a fantastic range of cocktails.
Package: Hourly rate plus service charge & tips (this is normally an average of an extra £4.50 extra per hour) Stated amount is highest hourly rate including service charge.
Hours: We will always do our best to offer a fair and balanced work schedule that fits in with the other important things in life but do keep in mind the peak times are us are evening and weekends. If you are unable to commit to full time hours we would consider a strong part time supervisor.
No zero hour contracts - you will have guranteed hours every week with more hours available if you want them particularly in the peak months.
Experience: Experience with working at management level within restaurant or food setting is a must. You must be comfortable with leading a team, dealing with complaints and also getting stuck in on service both on the floor and bar. This is a busy restaurant so if you don't enjoy that fast paced enviroment then this may not be the role for you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Running great shifts
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures are followed within both kitchen and restaurant areas
- Delegate duties to team members on shift and follow up to ensure they are completed whilst the Deputy and General Manager are not present
- Previous 1 year Supervisor experience
- Hospitality experience essential minimum 2 years
- Level-headed and pro-active
- Flexible with tasks and working hours
