A leading national company specializing in transport, logistics, and supply chain management is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support their bustling transport office at their client s state-of-the-art distribution centre in Dartford . This temporary role is available for an immediate start and will run for an initial 3-month period , offering £15.08 per hour . Shift Pattern: 6am 6pm 4 days on, 4 days off Your Role As a Warehouse Administrator, you ll be the heartbeat of transport operations, ensuring seamless workflows and supporting drivers on their daily journeys. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating driver schedules issuing store journeys, backhauls, and trunking collections Serving as the go-to contact managing driver queries and supporting allocations Authorizing departures operating the C3 Yard and overseeing site departures Keeping things running smoothly handling incoming inquiries with efficiency Prioritizing safety ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of all colleagues What We re Looking For To thrive in this role, you ll need: Previous administration experience in logistics or warehouse operations Strong IT skills , ideally including MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) Excellent communication skills clear, professional, and confident A multitasking mindset with a flexible approach to shift patterns The ability to stay calm and focused in a busy, high-pressure environment Bonus points if you have transport industry knowledge Ready to make an impact in this exciting role?
