Working in this stunning lifestyle
hotel, your role as the Lifestyle Host  is
to ensure that you provide the best first and last impressions that our guests
receive and all important for ensuring they return time and time again.

A genuine passion to give excellent
customer service, greeting our guests on arrival, giving that same hospitality
as you would if you received a guest in your own home – giving a warm welcome,
escorting guests to their rooms, offering them a welcome drink and checking
they have all they need for a comfortable stay.

During those quiet moments during the
day you may be taking reservations over the phone, completing general admin and
giving guests information about the hotel and what services we can offer. You
will have strong organisational skills and be comfortable to multitask with
efficiency and friendless.

And when its time to say goodbye you
ensure that all the correct billing details are in order and wish our guests a
present onward journey.

Customer service experience is
essential and previous Hotel Front Office, Reception  experience is desirable. As you are the first
and last impression our guest receive its very important that you are always
friendly, helpful smart and presentable,

Must be available to work flexibility
across a range of shifts from early, mid and late shifts and weekends.

You will have:

o   Amazing customer service skills, professional and friendly and
wanted to go above and beyond our guests expectations.

o   You will be a team player who supports in all areas to ensure
the guests have everything they need.

o   You will have great communication skills and be able to take direction.

excellent communication and interpersonal skills
