Job Purpose:

To lead the development and delivery of enterprise-wide digital transformation strategies for public sector and international clients, aligning ICT capabilities with business objectives, digital service goals, and emerging technologies.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with senior stakeholders to define digital visions, assess current ICT landscapes, and identify opportunities for transformation.
  • Lead the creation of enterprise-wide digital and ICT strategies including implementation roadmaps.
  • Facilitate workshops, needs assessments, and business case development.
  • Provide subject matter expertise across architecture, cyber strategy, and change management.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering discovery and strategic outputs.
  • Ensure alignment with public sector goals, compliance frameworks, and sustainability standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
  • Master’s or MBA preferred.

Experience & Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, ICT strategy, or enterprise architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of public sector governance and operations.
  • Experience working in consulting or advisory roles for governments or donor-funded institutions.
  • Proven leadership, client engagement, and delivery management.
