Your Role
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth running across all departments.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive workplace.
Maintain excellent stock management, merchandising standards, and product availability.
Ensure first-class customer service, with your team providing knowledgeable advice and a welcoming experience.
Support warehouse and goods-in processes to optimise stock flow.
Manage rotas and staffing to ensure the right coverage at all times.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout the centre.
Work closely with Area Managers, driving performance and implementing strategic objectives.
