What You ll Do as an Activities Coordinator Plan and Lead Activities: Organize a range of exciting activities like music, exercise sessions, arts & crafts, gardening, and more. Coordinate Events: Bring in entertainers, arrange parties, celebrate birthdays, and ensure every day is meaningful. Connect with Residents: Get to know each resident s interests and preferences, creating tailored activities that bring joy. Stimulate and Inspire: Provide sensory activities for residents with dementia and organize outings to add variety and enrichment. About You We re looking for someone creative, organized, and compassionate. You ll be passionate about making a positive impact, and experience working with the elderly or in care homes is a plus.
