- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30 (Full-Time, Part-Time Considered)

- Rate of Pay: Competitive – £25–27 per hour (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist, you’ll be supporting patients with neurological conditions and stroke recovery, promoting independence and reducing hospital readmissions. Your role will include:
- carrying out detailed neuro/stroke physiotherapy assessments
- developing and delivering patient-centred rehab plans
- liaising with wider MDT including OTs, nurses, and speech & language therapists
- advising patients, families, and carers on exercises and ongoing management
- maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation
Requirements & Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess:
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
- experience working with stroke/neuro patients, ideally in the community
- strong clinical reasoning, rehab planning, and communication skills
- ability to work autonomously and as part of an MDT
- car driver with access to a vehicle (preferred for community travel)
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role is full-time (Monday–Friday, 08:30–16:30), but part-time applicants are also welcome. The contract is ongoing with high potential for extension based on performance and service need.
