DRIVER’S MATE – IMMEDIATE START

LOCATION: Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire
SHIFTS: Monday to Friday (no weekends)
SHIFT TIMES: Start times will be either 06:00 or 13:00, depending on client orders
PAY RATE: £12.21 per hour

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Driver’s Mate to join our well-established client based in Coatbridge.

Your Role:

• Work alongside a driver as part of a two-person delivery team
• Deliver heavy goods such as furniture to customers’ homes from the Coatbridge warehouse
• Place items in the customer’s room of choice
• Assist in the warehouse when required

What We are Looking For:

• Must be physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
• Previous experience in a similar delivery role — particularly with heavy goods — is highly desirable
• Good customer service skills and a positive attitude

Training Provided:

• Manual handling training included
• You’ll be partnered with an experienced team member for your initial shifts
• Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
