We're looking for an experienced Solderer to join our client's production team. You'll be working across a range of products, focusing on high-quality soldering of printed circuit boards (PCBAs) and supporting general assembly tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Soldering PCBAs to a high standard

  • Cable loom and mechanical assembly

  • Machine operation and software replication

  • Kit building and packing

  • Meeting hourly output targets

  • Supporting LEAN manufacturing initiatives

  • Maintaining a clean, organised work space

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience soldering PCBAs

  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail

  • Ability to follow instructions and work to process

  • Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude

  • PC literacy (ECDL or equivalent desirable)
