Job Title: Product Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product positioning and messaging based on market requirements to drive adoption and retention
- Plan the launch of the product and its go-to-market strategy, and manage its cross-functional execution
- Develop product marketing plan, strategies (pricing, specifications, go-to-market, etc.), and track its status, ensuring that these are carried out efficiently
- Help product team prioritize features by bringing in market and customer context
- Utilize various marketing channels (e.g. LinkedIn, social media, brochures, etc.) and formulate compelling messages to drive inbound and outbound interest and convert top-of-funnel traffic into qualified leads
- Conduct marketing-related research, which includes research on current market conditions (problem, demand, sizing, etc.) and competitor information
- Equip sales teams with the right tools and content (e.g. competitive intelligence, objection handling guides, case studies, ROI studies) to help them sell more effectively by understanding use cases, buyer personas, and value messaging
- Support customer success with onboarding materials, feature adoption campaigns, and upsell/cross-sell positioning, while highlighting customer success stories and building advocacy programs
- Monitor and analyze product performance and usage, and generate accurate reports and win/loss analysis based on consolidated data
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College degree
- With at least 5 years of product marketing leadership experience from a B2B SaaS/tech company
- Must have an ownership and take charge personality but also possess a strong teamwork ethic
- Must have a global perspective and be able to work in a cross-cultural environment
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving and high-growth environment
- Self-driven, high initiative, and results-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Aggressive, analytical, and collaborative
- Good grasp on the industry's development and trends
- Must have a business/entrepreneurial mindset
- Customer-oriented
