In this vital role, you’ll support our Head of Quality &; Compliance and play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our operations across the business. From making sure the office is running like clockwork to digging into data, liaising with suppliers, and being the go-to CRM whizz, this is a role where no two days are the same.

 

What You’ll Be Doing as an Sales Support:

 

  • Be the friendly face that welcomes visitors and manages the main phone line.
  • Keep the office well-stocked and well-run — ordering supplies and managing vendors.
  • Get new starters set up for success — desks, phones, logins, and IT ready to go.
  • Support with reporting, data analysis, and CRM dashboards (we’ll train you to be a super user).
  • Own daily and weekly reporting for the wider team, including KPIs and compliance checks.
  • Liaise with our IT, CRM, and phone providers to keep systems running smoothly.
  • Assist in Health &; Safety assessments and internal audits in line with ISO 9001:2015 (with support from the Head of Quality &; Compliance).
  • Monitor job board effectiveness and report on performance, sharing insights with leadership.
  • Organise team incentives, lunches, and office events that keep our culture thriving.
  • Be our go-to person for ad-hoc reports, presentations, and general admin tasks.

 

What You Bring as an Sales Support:

 

  • 2 years’ experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A flexible, fast learner who works with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, managers, and suppliers.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Capable of juggling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • GCSEs in English and Maths.
