Job Title: Minibus Driver Pay: £15.58ph Duration: Ongoing term time only (with school holidays and inset days off) Hours: Zero hours contract, based on route (1 2.5 hours morning and afternoon) Location: Hawkes Point (CV34 6LX), Rugby (CV22 7DL), Nuneaton (CV11 6RP) Start Date: 18th August 2025 What does the job entail? We re looking for experienced and reliable drivers to join Warwickshire County Council s Transport Delivery Team as they launch an exciting new minibus service for home-to-school transport. As a Regular Route Driver, you ll help ensure children travel safely and comfortably, making their journey to and from school a positive part of their day. You will achieve this by: Driving a designated school route in a timely and professional manner Ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers Building positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff Managing delays due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances (additional time paid pro-rata) Participating in mandatory training and route familiarisation What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
