Competency to produce programmes and sequence plans with minimal supervision.
Intermediate software user; Ability to provide schedule outputs in a various format to suit the audience/context.
Established experience in built environment and with projects.
Understands different procurement routes and types and forms of contract.
Basic understanding of Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) stages.
Able to respond to all client/stakeholder requests effectively and sensitively.
Communicate & present to project team on programme drivers, goals & issues, etc.
Listens effectively and probes for new and diverse ideas.
Working towards professional qualification (e.g. CIOB, APM, PMI).
Other relevant qualifications specific to local requirements.

Exposure to the principles or use of different types of contracts.

Management skills.
Relevant degree in the built environment, business/management studies, etc.., or NVQ level 3.
