Team Manager – Residential Children’s Home (Learning Disabilities) Location: Uckfield, East Sussex
Salary: £, - £, + £4, for sleep-ins
Shifts: 2 per week (: - :) + sleep-ins (includes weekends)

Are you an experienced Team Manager ready to lead a brand-new children’s home? Join a forward-thinking organisation creating a nurturing, therapeutic space for children with learning disabilities, autism, and associated needs.

What you’ll do:
✅ Support and empower young people to achieve their goals
✅ Lead, guide, and supervise your team
✅ Build strong relationships with professionals and families
✅ Ensure high-quality care and safeguarding
✅ Be hands-on – supporting with daily tasks and activities

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Strong experience in children’s residential care
✔️ Knowledge of relevant legislation and Ofsted standards
✔️ Level 3-5 Diploma/NVQ (or working towards)
✔️ Driver with own transport preferred
