You'll lead complex projects that deliver transformative solutions using advanced analytics and AI. This role sits at the intersection of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and client relationship management.
You'll oversee the full project lifecycle—from scoping to execution—ensuring innovative approaches to problem-solving while managing cross-functional delivery teams. While not a line management position, you'll guide teams, manage stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes that create lasting impact.
What You’ll Accomplish In This Role
As a Senior Engagement Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering transformative projects that combine advanced analytics, AI, and strategic insight. In this role, you will:
- Lead Complex Projects: Oversee the full lifecycle of high-impact projects—from scoping and planning to execution and closure—delivering tailored solutions that drive measurable results.
- Provide Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering innovative guidance and best practices to support their business transformation goals.
- Foster Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and excellence across technology, data science, and consulting functions.
- Solve Unique Challenges: Apply creative thinking to address client-specific problems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI to unlock new opportunities.
- Develop Client Relationships: Build strong partnerships with clients, identifying opportunities for future collaboration and long-term impact.

Your Background & Skills
We’re looking for someone with:
- 5+ years progressive of experience in successfully delivering projects.
- Experienced in managing client relationships with a number of key stakeholders
- Proven experience in consulting or advisory roles within professional services environments (a background in data analytics, AI implementation, or digital transformation would be a bonus).
- Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI.
- Analytical mindset combined with innovative problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
