Key Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:

• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  
• Proven experience working in an accountancy practice environment, with strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax regulations.
  
• Excellent technical skills, including experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  
• Leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.
  
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
