LIAISE WITH EQUIPMENT SUPPLIERS

·        Assist with creating daily equipment plan.

·        Liase with Transport Department to arrange collections

·        Maintain good relationships with suppliers.

·        Handle short deliveries when they arise.

·        Ensure paperwork processed correctly.

What we need from you:

  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Good communication skills

  • Forklift licence preferred but not essential

  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word

  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and without supervision.

  • Ability to handle and resolve problems.

  • Ability to work with staff effectively.

  • Organised and tidy approach to work.

Days of work: Sunday to Thursday  

Days of work: Tuesday to Saturday

Hours of work 05.30 – 14.30

 This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing dynamic team who operate in a fast moving 7 day a week operation. You will work as part of a team that provides Equipment to manufacturing teams and information to the accounts team as required.

RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY-TO-DAY EQUIPMENT PROCESSING

  • Carrying out daily stock checks.

  • Updating stock position against daily production plan.

  • Hiring and De-hiring of trays from various customer systems.

  • Supply information back to production teams and accounts when required.

  • Booking in of Equipment deliveries

  • Preparing for customer audits.

  • Actioning end of period stock counts

  • Assisting with onsite customer orders.

  • Keep all costs to a minimum and report any issue’s that have/may arise.

  • Ensure a healthy, safe and clean working environment at all times.

  • Helping with the General housekeeping of equipment

  • Invoice reconciliation
