A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and resilient Maths Teacher to join a unique alternative provision setting in New Milton. This is a full-time role supporting pupils aged 11 to 16 with a range of special educational needs, including social, emotional, and mental health challenges (SEMH). The role requires someone with QTS and a passion for making a real difference in the lives of students who need a more personalised approach to learning.

What You'll Be Doing
Delivering creative and engaging Maths lessons adapted to individual learning styles and needs
Supporting students with SEMH needs in both academic and personal development
Contributing to a positive, inclusive classroom culture with high expectations and clear routines
Working closely with pastoral and therapeutic staff to ensure a holistic approach to education
Who We’re Looking For
A qualified teacher (QTS essential) with experience or interest in SEN or alternative provision
Someone who is patient, empathetic and consistent in their approach
A confident classroom leader with strong behaviour management and a passion for maths
