We’re looking for a full-time, permanent Class 1 HGV driver to join us at our site in Sheffield.
You’ll be working Monday to Friday day shift. You’ll be working on our contract with a leading steel supplier, delivering steel products to end-user locations. We’ll provide you with all the training that you’ll need to move and handle the various types of loads involved.

In return for your hard work, we are offering an hourly rate of £15.18. With nights out paid at £26.65. We offer 20 days of holiday, access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and ongoing CPC training and study through the XPO University.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- You are delivering Steel products to customer sites
- You will be trained in chaining and strapping loads
- You will drive in a safe manner in line with company expectations
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- Full UK driving licence (with C&E entitlement)
- No more than six points on your licence (as well as no DD, DR, or IN endorsements)
- In date and current CPC
