p This position has the responsibility of meeting and exceeding the company standard operating procedures while obtaining client satisfaction. The Record Centre Operative / Driver is responsible for daily activity in the record centre, utilising software to control movement at the box, file, tape and miscellaneous levels while also having the responsibility of driving for deliveries and confidential client data collections. /p

p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p
ul
li Ensure all daily client work orders are filled upon receipt from Client Service. /li
li Ensure rush work orders are processed timely and accurately. /li
li Refile file containers and tapes daily and within the allocated timescales. /li
li Maintain assigned racking and row upkeep (containers and or lids replaced and repaired, floors free of debris, notify Record Centre Supervisor of needed rack or lighting repairs required). /li
li Perform auditing per schedule or as requested. /li
li Process destruction orders per schedule or as requested. /li
li Complete daily paperwork before leaving for the day. /li
li Verify and load all orders per SOP s. /li
li Complete daily runs as always assigned by supervisor and drive and park assigned vehicles in a safe and legal manner. /li
li Complete daily safety inspection of assigned vehicle. /li
li Comply with daily maintenance and safety checks of all record centre vehicles and equipment. /li
li Help unload/load trucks and or vans. /li
li Operate forklifts and/or pick lifts. /li
li Comply with all company policies and all relevant data protection legislation to ensure. br o Our clients and Team Members sensitive and personal information is protected and processed in accordance with the law. br o Our Team Members and clients rights under the legislation are fully protected. /li
li Adhere to all company policies and complete all mandatory training modules. /li
li Report any potential or actual security, environmental or health and safety incidents to your line manager and / or the OASIS Compliance team as soon as you become aware of them. /li

p strong Candidate Requirements /strong /p
ul
li Previous experience of working in a multi drop operation service delivery role preferably within the records management industry. /li
li Full clean driving license. /li
li Strong attention to detail essential. /li
li Flexibility to work between teams. /li
li Routine lifting, bending and overhead stretching. /li
li Routine scanning of materials. /li
li Routine pushing and pulling boxes and pallet jacks. /li
li Ability to operate forklift and/or pick lift (training will be provided). /li
