Cleaning Area Supervisor - Norwich £13.73 per hour 40 Hours per week Paid DBS & Uniform provided Company vehicle - Full UK driving licence - Manual Norse Cleaning Division are looking to recruit a Cleaning Area Supervisor to cover various cleaning contracts across Norwich, this position will require you to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role As the Cleaning Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all designated sites in your area are achieving customer satisfaction and contractual obligations are being met, alongside this you will; Arrange the provision of cleaners to comply with relevant SLA/contract specification and support to external events as required. Ensure all site based staff understand and achieve objectives set by our customer in partnership with building management and are fully aware of the quality, performance and administrative requirements. Train staff Carry out regular site monitoring visits and to complete Health & Safety Reviews. Our Successful Candidate You will need to be able to demonstrate some commercial experience within a commercial cleaning environment, alongside some experience of supervising or leading staff, although this does not need to be within the industry. Alongside this, you will; Be able to confidently engage with clients and members of the public Have good organisational skills, capable of managing your own and others workload Have a good eye for detail, and be able to maintain high levels of customer service Full UK driving licence - Manual Our Offer: £13.73 per hour Enhanced rates of pay at weekends Flexible working patterns to suit your needs Permanent and Casual contracts Uniform provided Paid DBS upon completion of 6months 20 days annual leave + bank holidays (Pro-rata) Ongoing training and development opportunities Industry qualifications and apprenticeship training programmes Access to company offers and discounts - Cycle to work scheme, Amazon vouchers, local gym discounts ect.
