Are you a highly organised and proactive Account Manager looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and fast growing organisation operating in the retail sector with multiple marketplaces? If so, we are helping out client recruit a Marketplace & Retail Account Manager to oversee and grow their marketplace channels, onboard brands, and ensure smooth communication between their partners and retailers. This is a key growth area, and they need someone who can introduce and refine processes at pace. Key Responsibilities Manage the onboarding and communication process for brands joining them ensuring smooth integration and ongoing support. Oversee and grow the marketplace, ensuring a seamless experience for brands and customers. Manage listings, onboarding, and performance on the marketplaces Monitor and optimise activity on Amazon and TikTok Shop, ensuring listings are competitive and well-managed. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability across marketplace operations. Handle all administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and marketplace compliance. Act as the key point of contact for brands, retailers, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution. Ideal candidate: Experience in eCommerce, marketplace management, or retail account management (experience with Mirakl, Amazon, or similar platforms is an advantage). Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to liaise effectively with brands, retailers, and internal teams. Proactive approach to introducing and improving operational processes. Ability to work at a fast pace in a rapidly growing business environment. Comfortable working with data, marketplace analytics, and performance tracking.
