About The Role

Responsibilities:

·         Distribution of driver paperwork/ /traffic management at gatehouse.

·         Promoting Health & Safety directives to drivers.

·         Ensuring PPE rules are followed by all drivers.

·         Organising the delivery of samples with our courier partners.

·         Managing the Loading Calendar for daily scheduled haulier collections.

·         Managing delivery ETA’s and having pro-active communications with our haulage partners.

·         Processing of haulier/driver loading and delivery documentation.

·         Contacting haulage companies to obtain any outstanding delivery documentation.

·         Recording and monitoring cases regarding any loading/transport issues.

·         Managing return orders coming back into Tobermore.

·         Utilising Microsoft Dynamics to record transport & loading issues.

Desired Criteria

  • •A-levels or equivalent
  • •Experience working in a Transport office. •Working experience in interacting & managing delivery drivers. •Experience in the use of planning software.
  • •Proficient in the use of MS Office including Excel •Excellent administration and time management skills
  • •Full Valid UK Driving Licence

  • •5 GCSE’s including English & Maths A – C or equivalent.
  • •Experience working in an office environment.
  • •Experience in a customer facing role.
  • •Experience communicating via: MS Team, E-mail, Phone, Face to face.
