Role - Mobile Water Sampler Contract - 12 weeks - Temporary to Permanent Start date: ASAP Interviews: ASAP Salary £12.78 per hour Hours of work: 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday Location: Norwich - Whitlingham Company Vehicle: Supplied and have to pick up from depot and drop off at the end of your shift. I have a vacancy for a Water Sampler / Driver on a 12 week contract based from Norwich - Whitlingham which will move into a permanent position. This role would be ideal for a graduate who is looking to kick start their career or someone looking to gain experience in the Water / Scientific field or someone who a scientific or technical background that is good at following process. Alternatively any experience of performing any sort of site based sample collection would make you ideal. The role is based around collecting water samples in a field based capacity in location such as rivers, reservoirs, new housing developments. Once you have collected the samples you will need to log and store them individually as well as deliver them to a laboratory. In order to be suitable for this role you MUST HAVE: A full UK Drivers license Be comfortable driving a transit van Have science, geology, water or similar related qualifications at a A Level or degree level Be based in or with in 30 mins commutable distance of Whitlingham Be comfortable working unsupervised ( once trained ) Be able to commit to working Monday - Friday 37 hours between 8am - 5pm Flexible working available between these hours.
