HGV Class 1 Driver Posted on June 4th, 2024 by Portbury £ - £ per hour Type of Job: Temporary FULL TIME REGULAR ONGOING WORK FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE Staffline is recruiting full time professional HGV Class 1 drivers to come and work at our client's distribution centre based in Portbury, near Bristol. PAYE rates of pay for the role of HGV Class 1 driver are as follows: Days - £ per hour Nights - £ per hour Saturday & Sunday - £ per hour Bank Holiday - £ per hour We are delighted to offer long term regular ongoing assignments with an early morning starts between 2AM and 6AM from Monday to Friday. Your Time at Work As a Class 1 driver, the work will involve Class 1 Depot Delivery work, ensuring the safe and legal operation of your vehicle at all times. You will be required making radial deliveries to stores with 1-2 drops per day with collections. Average 10 hour shift length with a guaranteed minimum shift length of 8 hours. You will be required to maintain regular contact with your base location, feeding back any issues that may arise. In return for your commitment we can offer regular shifts and start times that suit you. We have other sites locally that work will be available at if for any reasons shifts are not available.
