ABOUT THE ROLE Job Description: Seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to conduct comprehensive residential and commercial property surveys. The successful candidate will deliver detailed home buyer reports (Level 2 & 3) and handle various aspects of commercial surveying, including pre-acquisition surveys and contract administration. REQUIREMENTS Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed residential surveys and produce comprehensive home buyer reports (Level 2 & 3). Work with commercial clients on dilapidations, contract administration, schedules of condition, pre-acquisition surveys, and PPMs. Administer contracts and oversee project development from initiation to completion. Collaborate with surveyors, contractors, and clients to ensure high standards and meet deadlines. Participate in weekly meetings to discuss project progress and strategies. Support business growth by providing outstanding services and contributing to business development strategy. Essential Requirements: Chartered Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or near completion. Proven experience in residential and commercial surveying. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Valid driver s license and willingness to travel as needed.
