This is a fantastic opportunity for a Cluster Sales Manager looking to develop in their career to group level with a reputable hotel management company whose business focus is create a luxury portfolio of properties in key locations across the UK. What s involved? As a Group Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving the sales and marketing for a portfolio of luxury hotels & outlets in line with the overall financial business objectives. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts whilst developing new accounts and projects to generate the best possible revenue streams for the hotels and outlets. In addition your duties will include working with the management team, head office and marketing third parties as well as report directly to the CEO. Requirements? Prior experience within hospitality and ideally at Cluster or Group Manager level A Corporate and MICE background desired Demonstrate a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth experience of Business development, yield management and dealing with OTA s. Strong communication and negotiation skills Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently as well as part of the team Have proven experience of pro-active and reactive sales management Car driver (clean UK license)
