Overview Salary: £36,000 The Role We re seeking a Supervisor to oversee a small team of dedicated team leaders and operatives. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the gifting team at our client s West London based warehouse across a 7-day working week. What You ll Be Doing: Gifting Operations: Overseeing the tasks of the gifting team. Some of these include scanning and printing customer gift cards and DPD labels, ensuring accurate packing into flower boxes, printing arrangement guides for all customers, creating driver routes by SKU for the 6 AM shift, packing customer gift boxes, organizing team rotas to ensure 7-day coverage (including weekends), and more. Machinery Operation: Operating machinery as needed and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Packing & Preparation : Supervising the packing of flower boxes for weekend gifts (Sat & Sun delivery), ensuring all materials are packed accurately and meet quality standards. Verify that the correct flower stems and any approved changes are being followed precisely. Deadline Management : Ensuring all tasks are completed on time, with a particular focus on preparing finished goods for gift customers to meet strict DPD trunking collection deadlines. Performance Monitoring : Overseeing team performance by providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure workloads are completed efficiently while maximizing overall team effectiveness.
