Health Cash Plan We re looking for: A Level 2 catering/hospitality qualification A Full driver s license and willing to use own transport Minimum 1 year in a supervisory position Minimum 2 years of catering experience (including food preparation, baking, and food hygiene practices) A strong working knowledge of food safety management Proven track record of managing staff Customer service, including dealing with complaints or difficult situations Flexible attitude, willing to try new activities Your responsibilities: Supervise the daily operation of the caf Nurture positive and mutually beneficial relationships with all key stakeholders Collaborate with the caf manager and other partners to undertake marketing and social media activities, promoting the caf to increase sales and spread awareness of the work of the charities Assist the Caf Manager with Stock management, planning, ordering, and recording Work with the Caf Manager to keep the project within its budget You will coach people to develop new skills and grow in confidence in the workplace You will identify preferred methods of communication for each member of the team and ensure that effective communication is prioritised
