Responsibilities Campaign Management : Oversee and optimise campaigns across Amazon channels and platforms. Media Planning : Develop media plans that demonstrate a thorough understanding of client accounts and propose new testing ideas. Campaign Execution : Execute campaigns within buying platforms, proactively troubleshooting any issues. Performance Optimisation : Drive continuous improvement in campaign performance, providing innovative ideas and solutions. Client Interaction : Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring campaign alignment with their expectations and offering data-driven recommendations. Reporting : Produce detailed end-of-campaign reports with insights and learnings. Trafficking Support : Provide basic trafficking support as needed. Partner Relations : Build and maintain relationships with Amazon partners to deliver exceptional service and opportunities for clients. Team Development : Train and mentor Digital Marketing Analysts to foster their growth within the team. Desired Experience and Skills Experience : 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in at least two of the following digital channels: programmatic display, video, paid search, and/or paid social. Amazon or Search experience preferred. Ability to ramp up quickly on Amazon Search/DSP Experience in client and account management. Skills : Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and internet technologies. Communication : Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships. Multitasking : Ability to manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail. Teamwork : Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team. Salary & Benefits Bonus : Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
