What You ll Be Doing: Customer Care Creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every customer has a positive experience Customer Communication Keeping customers updated on their vehicle s status and explaining technical details in a clear, friendly way Building Relationships Developing strong rapport with customers to encourage repeat business Problem-Solving Handling customer queries and resolving complaints efficiently and professionally Business Retention Managing customer accounts and ensuring they receive outstanding service every time What We re Looking For: A positive attitude with a passion for customer service Strong communication skills both written and verbal The ability to work independently and as part of a team Exceptional organization and punctuality Confidence in handling challenging situations with professionalism Experience in a customer-facing role is essential A valid driver s license is required What s in It for You?
