Driver Hire Edinburgh City are looking for a van driver for our clients a Timber Merchant based in Edinburgh Position: Van Driver (Ad-Hoc Basis) Location: Edinburgh Hourly Rate: £12 per hour Key Responsibilities: Safely load, transport, and unload timber products. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to various locations. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries. Perform vehicle inspections and report any issues. Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork. Requirements: Valid UK driving licence. Previous experience in a delivery role is essential. Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical work. Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliability and punctuality. Knowledge of local routes and areas is a plus. Benefits: Monday- Friday £12 per hour. Overtime after 8 hours £15.99 per hour Ad-hoc shifts, perfect for fitting around other commitments Weekly pay. 8 Hours per day guaranteed pay Gain experience in the timber and delivery industry.
