We are currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an award winning Architectural Practice based in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to work for a market leader, the candidate must hold previous work experience of working for a national house builder/developer. The company already has over 60 employees working for them and due to success in winning new work they are looking to expand that existing workforce and recruit a Senior Architectural Technologist. Experience of working for developer clients and national house builders is required and a sound technical knowledge and an in-depth understanding of The Building Regulations is essential. Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview Holding presentations Be an integral part of the team Interpret client briefs Work within a wider technical team Assist more junior members of the team Working on a mixture of residential and mixed use projects Preparing masterplans and producing drawings for submission Abiding by the building regulations at all times Senior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements A minimum of 5 years' experience (UK based) working on residential/mixed use projects Good knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD The ability to work independently Live within a commutable distance of Bristol A team participant and a proficient communicator Full UK driving licence Sound technical knowledge and in depth understanding of building regulations Ability to work independently but also as a team participant Desire to progress and attend CPD Full UK Driver Licence Senior Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration Competitive salary (£35,000 - £45,000 DOE) 21 minimum days holidays plus bank holidays and Christmas week Company pension scheme Modern office working environment Flexibility for working part office/part remotely Good CPD programme Promotion / progression opportunities Convenient location with free on-site parking Regular social events Other company benefits to be discussed at interview stage Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
