Driver Hire is recruiting for a Full Time Customer Service Representative for our client based in Guildford. They are one of the leading car and van rental companies in the UK thanks to their comprehensive fleet and excellence in customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to support customers with their car rental arrangements both in person and over the telephone. This includes verifying customer information, processing payments and completing rental documents accurately. At times, you may be asked to undertake additional duties including driving the vehicles so it is important you hold a full valid cat B driving licence. They are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and computer skills. This is a great role for someone looking for variety within their day.
