An opportunity has arisen for an FLT Driver to join a market leading manufacturer on a permanent basis, working 10pm to 6am Monday to Friday. Along with an hourly rate of £15.36 per hour, overtime available, free parking, ongoing training, and development. Our client is a well-established Modular and Portable buildings manufacturer based in the Wakefield area ; they have recently gone through a period of modernisation at their sites and are looking for an FLT Driver to join them due to continued growth. Their H/O facility is based in Wakefield, just a few miles from M1 & M62 motorways, meaning that the successful candidate can easily commute from Leeds/Bradford/Castleford/Huddersfield/Dewsbury. FLT Driver Duties: Loading and unloading wagons Movement of stock/materials to various locations Manual handling General yard duties Adhering to all Health and Safety on site FLT Driver Skills and Experience: Applicants must hold an RTITB accredited counterbalance licence Experience of operating a Counterbalance FLT competently Previous experience of working in a manufacturing/engineering environment Good communication skills What is on offer: Hourly rate of £15.36ph Regular overtime available Nights 10pm-6am Monday to Friday 28 days Holiday (rising to 32 days with service) Permanent opportunity Free onsite parking available The successful FLT Driver will easily be able to commute to this Wakefield based business from surrounding towns & cities including Barnsley, Pontefract, Castleford, Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield and Dewsbury.
