Position : Industrial Team Lead Type : Full-Time Salary : £37,907 Start Date : ASAP About the Role : We are looking for an experienced Industrial Team Lead to oversee a team of industrial cleaners and labourers for our client, a leading waste management company based in Sittingbourne. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to lead a team and ensure the smooth running of industrial cleaning operations. Key Responsibilities : Team Leadership : Supervise and manage a team of industrial cleaners and labourers, ensuring high performance and efficiency. Operational Management : Oversee daily tasks and ensure all cleaning and waste management activities are completed on time and to a high standard. Health & Safety : Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to, promoting a safe working environment for the team. Training & Development : Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to help develop their skills and improve performance. Performance Monitoring : Monitor and assess team performance, providing feedback and addressing any performance issues. Scheduling & Reporting : Organize and schedule work shifts and report to management on team activities, performance, and any issues that arise. Quality Control : Ensure all work meets company standards and quality expectations. Skills & Experience : Essential : Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in an industrial or waste management environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in an industrial setting. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and management. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
