Writes production-ready code that is easily testable, understandable by other developers, and considers edge cases and errors. Makes well-reasoned design decisions and tradeoffs in their area, and can work in other areas of the codebase with guidance. Demonstrates a strong commitment to fostering an open, respectful, and empathetic mentorship environment within the team. Effectively handles risk, change, and uncertainty within their personal scope of work. Excels in problem-solving and designing solutions. Exhibits strong teamwork skills in a multicultural environment. Understands TDD practices, including writing and maintaining unit testing frameworks like Jest. Drives innovation by proposing and exploring new ideas that contribute to process improvements, product enhancements, or the development of new features. Experienced in developing software using Agile methodologies. Proficient in building and deploying applications to Amazon Web Services. Experienced in releasing software using a continuous deployment pipeline. Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Over 3 years in a senior position. Proficient in JavaScript and CSS (required). Experienced with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js. Knowledgeable in CI/CD, unit, end-to-end, and integration tests. Strong communication skills in English. Consistently designs code aligned with the overall service architecture.
