Remote Life Insurance Adviser Overall Job Purpose: Remote Life Insurance Adviser Accountabilities: Providing exceptional service and advice over the telephone to our customers Time management is key as we are fast paced, and we have lots of customer needs to meet Proactivity in maintaining your knowledge being a driver in your own performance, knowing we will support in every step Ensuring that FCA and internal regulatory standards for advice provision are met Quality of advice provided is a must with every fact find, making sure you have everything documented along with the analysis and outcomes. Every conversation is important Skills Required Experience within Financial Services Confident telephone manner Full understanding and knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the FCA Strong Customer orientation and engagement skills Highly motivated with a drive to deliver sales targets and outstanding customer outcomes A driven individual with committed to person development and progression Strong Organisation skills with the ability to manage personal time and focus to maximise productivity and results Financial services qualifications appropriate to the role What will you get in return?
