We are currently recruiting for a Chef at Charlton FC. Location: Charlton FC Rate of pay: From £12.00 per hour Working pattern: Match Days on a Tuesday evening 5pm - 10pm and Saturday 11:30am - 5pm This role consists of Matchday food preparation Ownership of food cooking & presentation Communicating with kiosk team High standards of cleaning High standard of food & hygiene safety Key Responsibilities Preparing foods to be served in match day kiosks. Taking ownership of the food delivery and presentation of each item to ensure company standards are adhered to. Menu developments and planning for future events. Managing stock levels so as to minimise wastage. Ensuring a high level of cleanliness in the kiosks at all times including close down. Supporting the close down of public kiosks to company standards, including removing and securing stock, surfaces cleared and clean and that all equipment is clean and presented ready for next service.
