The Best Connection are currently looking for a plant operative to join our busy client based in Southfleet Shifts are Monday to Friday 0600- 1700 Saturday 0600- 1500 on Overtime rotation Pay is £15 per hour and overtime is £22.50 Must have 360 degree Wheeled Excavator Ticket and experience, preferable in the waste sector Wheeled Loader (Shovel) and Forklift licence would be a distinct advantage. Duties include: Completing daily inspections of mobile plant Light maintenance of machines including greasing and clearing debris Ensuring health and safety aspects are being adhered to Assisting with other machine operator duties where necessary Obtain and use the correct tools, equipment for work To ensure the transfer station plant operations are carried out in a safe and efficient manner The ideal candidate should be used to working in a fast paced environment, a good communicator and a team player We have an immediate start available for the right candidate!
