About the Role The Sr. Manager, EMEA Partnerships is an organized, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking person and thought leader with a self-starter mentality that thrives in an ambiguous environment. You re not afraid to go deep and look at organizational, creator, and language specific challenges as opportunities. You re a natural problem-solver and collaborator with a passion for creators. You will be empowered to optimize, and implement organization and content strategies, educate & champion content trends, alongside overseeing, creating, and putting learnings into practice. You will be leading a team of high-performing content employees ranging from Sr managers to associate personnel. You have the ability to clearly articulate and translate business expectations and goals to direct reports, cross-functional stakeholders, and executives across the Twitch business. You will report to the Director of Partnerships, EMEA and work with regional and global teams to ensure delivery against our priorities. You Will - Manage and oversee Twitch s content and creator business around English-speaking streamers across EMEA (incl. UK&I, Benelux, Nordics, CEE, Poland, MENA). - Implement long-term content and creator strategies for English-speaking EMEA, under the direction of Twitch leadership, with the intent to increase creator service levels, satisfaction, and income. - Lead and implement cross-functional programs and initiatives related to English-speaking creators in EMEA, as well as content crossover and collaborative opportunities with English-speaking creators globally. - Manage team s budget and be responsible and accountable for optimizing the creator portfolio. - Track, report, and present relevant performance-related metrics, learnings, programs, and language/region specific progress to senior and executive leadership. - Lead a team of high-performing content personnel, provide feedback and development, assess R&R and bandwidth on an on-going basis. Our team is dedicated to serving streamers in our Twitch Partner Program from around the world. Our partner managers are custodians of meaningful and enduring relationships with our Partners. Our operations managers lead the execution and efficiency of critical processes used to support the Partner experience. Our program managers design and implement initiatives that acknowledge and enable Partner success. Collectively, we shape and evolve the Partner Program with meticulous care. Every decision is guided by the diverse needs of our streamers, who are the essence of Twitch's success. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in leading international teams with a focus on setting and exceeding personal, team, and organizational goals - Eagerness to dive into details, find creative solutions, and take responsibility for projects. - Ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders internally and externally - Ability to manage and complete multiple projects and priorities at the same time within a rapidly changing environment - Ability to effectively work independently and autonomously in an environment with high levels of ambiguity - Ability to thoughtfully escalate problem areas in advance. - Ability to accurately estimate time to produce results and effectively hold others accountable to dependencies. - Ability to prioritize based on the needs of the business and stakeholders - Ability to make cultural changes to drive mature managerial processes - Be a tireless advocate of the needs of our customers - both our creators and users PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Familiarity with the gaming and UGC content creator space - Multi-market content experience - Proven track record of content acquisitions and running scaled programs Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
