Head Chef rate of pay £40,000 inc service charge + Quarterly Bonus Our fulltime contracts are 42hrs to promote a good work/life balance Our Head Chef s are expected to lead from the front, setting the tone and energy for their kitchen. Working closely with the GM to exceed targets set out by Ops, understanding it s not just about numbers, but the importance of managing your team to get the best out of them. You ll be well organised and confident in using a stock system, training junior team members and keeping on top of kitchen standards set out by Patty&Bun.
