About the role As an Execution Specialist you will take ownership, prioritise, and action work requests to ensure field activity is swiftly and effectively executed by our field workforce. This is a key strategic driver of Telstra growth. You thrive on providing exceptional customer service through both written and verbal communication. You enjoy keeping stakeholders informed, responding quickly, and delivering superior outcomes to delight our customers. The role will be based on Newcastle, NSW and will be in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Accountable for prioritizing and managing day to day field execution and customer experiences within strict deadlines, operational business rules and service level agreements (SLAs). Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer service, identify customer needs and potential needs, ensuring it is the driving force behind the entire customer experience. Actively participate in communication of escalating risk and identifying improvement opportunities. Ability to priorities work effectively in line with business priorities to meet deadlines in a demanding environment. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team. Articulate relevant, timely, accurate and high-quality communications for exceptional stakeholder management and customer experiences, whilst maintaining effective working relationships. Ability to adapt quickly to change. Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
