Join the BOC Team as Van Driver / Trade Counter Assistant BOC, a leading provider of industrial, medical, and specialty gases, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Van Driver / Trade Counter Assistant at our depot in Wembley, London. About the Role: This exciting role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and respected company. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, both on the road and at our busy trade counter. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to customers at the trade counter. Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with orders. Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a positive customer experience. Van Driving: Deliver and collect gases and equipment to and from customer sites. Ensure safe and efficient vehicle operation and adherence to all traffic regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Warehouse Duties: Assist with stock control and inventory management. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
