Assistant Site Co-Ordinator The Fleet Site Co-Ordinator supports our Fleet department by scheduling workshop tracking, generating service reports, managing the invoicing, liaising with suppliers, dealing with enquiries, data entry, completing regular workshop audits, routinely ordering parts, inventory management, monthly stock orders along with other administration support. In addition to the admin duties the role will also be required to assist the workshop with moving of vehicles, collecting parts from suppliers and general duties as required, in the workshop. This role will report directly to the Workshop Controller and to the State Maintenance Manager.
