Principal Responsibilities: Working knowledge of Identity & Access Management Processes and Operational Activities in Azure AD/Entra Experience in supporting customer requests for access provisioning, de-provisioning, password resets, role-base changes etc. on various platforms. Access management process execution. Experience with Entitlement Packages, PIM, and PAM. Experience managing identity life cycle events (user onboarding, offboarding/terminations, transfers). Focus on a Windows, Microsoft 365, and Azure cloud-based infrastructure. Assist in administration of security tools, including upgrades and patching. Stay up to date on information technology trends and security standards and provide enhancement recommendations. Other Responsibilities: Support of other cloud environments such as AWS or GCP Monitor the security endpoint devices in a distributed network Document process and procedures for IT and non-IT staff Complete projects and other duties as assigned Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements: Degree or diploma in a Computer Sciences program and/or related industry experience Experience with IAM processes and procedures. Knowledge of cloud hosting solutions such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, etc. Knowledge of security tools such as Zilla, Entra, and Sentinel Strong technical and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Detailed oriented with the ability to create security configuration plans Ability to document data flows and network diagrams Security+ or other foundational level security certifications preferred Must have ability to collaborate and solve difficult problems, combining the ability to prioritize and function well in a dynamic environment Ingrained sense of accountability and ownership Continuous drive for learning, pushing technical limits, and finding new solutions You should also expect: A collaborative and challenging environment To be surrounded and supported by our diverse, passionate, and talented technology and management team.
