What you ll do on a typical day: Assess candidates driving capability during recruitment process, and during employment Liaise with personnel such as Transport Managers, Transport Planners, and Operations Desk Staff Coordinators as necessary to maximise the benefits of HGV Driving training Deliver Driver CPC training Design and maintain training materials and records What you need to succeed at GXO Excellent driving skills and road safety knowledge, working knowledge of Transport and other relevant legislation Up to date Driver Certificate of Professional Competence Experience of delivering training to Drivers PTLLS Qualified (desirable), other train the trainer qualifications may be accepted An ability to adapt your teaching style to accommodate each learner Large Goods Vehicle (LGV) Driving Licence Category C+E licence essential
