The Best Connection are currently looking for Class 1 Drivers shunters for night shifts. As a Yard Shunter Driver, you'll play a vital role in our clients' warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include manoeuvring large vehicles within confined spaces, supporting loading and unloading activities, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. one year s class 1 experience required The role: Operating Class 1 vehicles to move trailers within the yard. Manoeuvring trailers in tight spaces with accuracy. Ensuring the safe transportation of trailers according to company standards. Requirements Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C+E). Have at least 1 year of proven experience driving the relevant vehicle. Valid and in-date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card. No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only). Reliability is a key requirement for this position. Full understanding of WTD legislation. Excellent communication skills. A safety-first mindset.
