Production/Assembly Operative

Our client has a vacancy as a Production/Assembly Operative, available with an immediate start offering full time hours until November 2024.
They are a family owned agricultural business with 3 sites across Lincolnshire and take great pride in supplying agricultural equipments across Europe.
They are looking for and individual who has an ability to work independently and as part of a well established team at their site on the outskirts of Bourne.

This role is offered at £12 per hour, with working hours of Monday to Friday 07:30 am to 16:30 pm – Lunch break is 1 hour. There is on-site and free parking available, but please note due to the location you must have your own transport, and that this site is a non-smoking site due to health and safety.

Your responsibilities would be:-

– Working on the assembly of an Agricultural Seed Drills Daily
– Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy work area Daily
– Other tasks as required by Production Supervisor Weekly
– Ensuring consistent product quality Daily
– Unloading Lorries with JCB540 and other forklift and tractor driving, at all times observing the safe procedures on all tasks as required
– Assisting and covering other roles within workshop and warehouse as required
– Complying with training requirements and safe operating methods

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

Atlas training including Manual Handling, compliance with SSOW and Risk Assessments etc. is desirable, but otherwise covered within the induction.
