A 5 times "Outstanding" Ofsted rated Therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency are looking for Supervising Social Worker to join their team in North West London. This is afull-time and permanent position.

You will be working on a low caseload of up to 8, and this will cover the North West London area, and parts of Buckinghamshire/Middlesex areas.

You will be participating in all foster care reviews, and provide and develop support and supervision, using a therapeutic approach.

You must be a qualified social worker and registered with SWE, and be a car driver. You will have children's social work experience, ideally in a fostering or connected persons team.
